1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of the PWA Builder for Lovable service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by PWA Builder for Lovable ("we", "us"). By using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with us.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3. The Service

PWA Builder for Lovable helps you turn Lovable websites into installable Progressive Web Apps and prepare iOS/Android wrappers, including welcome-screen configuration and publish workflows.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• send spam or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with security, probe, scan, or scrape the Service;
• upload malware or attempt to bypass technical limits;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our consent.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Intellectual property

PWA Builder for Lovable and all related software, documentation, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

8. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PWA Builder for Lovable is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
